Research and Data Reports, and eBooks

As the Editor-in-Chief at FreshBooks I leveraged app data, customer surveys, interviews, and lots of other info to build out a reports library. The goal was to ensure a consistently rich flow of information to support PR and SEO initiatives that would provide value for years to come.

My part in these reports was briefing the data analytics team, sorting through and distilling the information, and crafting a narrative to either inform the research direction or leverage the research itself.
